friendly staff delicious food spacious room
I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were really kind. I enjoyed two evening meals in the bar and the food was delicious. The room was clean and very spacious.

my classic double room had a comfy bed. the shower pressure was good, it was powerful. staff were helpful with directions.
the tv remote was not very responsive though, so i had to stand close to use it.

the staff was lovely and helpful. the bar supper was tasty. i also slept peacefully in my room.
the music was loud because a wedding was in the place , lasting late into the evening. someone pulled the fire alarm later at night. i was outside in the cold at 3:30 am while the firemen checked the place.

I appreciated the central location. It was easy to access everything. the staff was helpful. They addressed all my needs promptly. the breakfast selection was extensive, and the quality was AMAZING!!! i particularly enjoyed the wide array of gins available at the bar.

the breakfast was fantastic!!! it was buffet style, and i found so many yummy choices. tea and coffee came in generously sized pots, very convenient. i liked that the staff were always nearby, happy to help with anything i needed.
i did notice a slightly musty smell in the downstairs toilet area, it could use some better ventilation.

the breakfast had a great selection. they offered tasty porridge (it was excellent!). the hotel gave us a table setup separately at the bar since we had a dog with us. the staff were friendly, helpful and very willing to assist in any way.
the heating in my room didn't work at all.
